Within 14 days of receipt of your order, if your merchandise was damaged during shipping or if you’re not satisfied with your purchase for another reason, please contact our Customer Care Operations Center as soon as possible.
Please note that you need an original proof of purchase when you contact us to initiate the Returns Policy. Once proof of purchase is supplied, it will be up to your to pay for all shipping costs. Please let us know if you want a new item to replace your returned one or if you want a refund.
We will send you an email when we receive your returned merchandise to let you know we’ve initiated the Refund Policy.
It can take between 3 to 5 business days to process a refund. Some credit card issuers may take longer than that to credit your account.
Miranella.com accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express as payment for merchandise. Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
